Shed / accessory building floor plan
Two sheds: 10' × 12' with a door and window, and 12' × 16' with a roll-up door, side door, two windows and an optional loft.

About this plan
Two sheds drawn to scale on one plan: a 10' × 12' shed with a 36" door, a window and a workbench, and a 12' × 16' shed with a 6' roll-up door, a side door, two windows, a workbench and shelves. Both have 2×4 walls 8' high and a gable roof with a 12" overhang.
For a backyard shed, a workshop or an accessory building: keep the size you need, delete the other, then add a site plan with the setbacks for a permit application.
2 rooms over 279.6 ft²: shed 10' × 12' (105.8 ft²), shed 12' × 16' (173.8 ft²).
What people change
- Delete the shed you don't need, or type new wall lengths for your own size.
- Change the roof to a shed (lean-to) roof, or raise the walls for a full loft.
